Cooking began as a necessity when I left home at 20, far from my parents and alone in a new country. At first, it was simply about taking care of myself. But over time, a passion blossomed—I found myself looking forward to cooking, eager to refine my recipes, and genuinely enjoying every moment in the kitchen.

The fact that it unites people, it gathers them around the table.

I’m originally from Bucharest, Romania, but I am currently living in France.
